Biluibaba offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing a COD order.
1. Eligibility for COD
- COD is available for orders delivered within Bangladesh.
- COD orders are subject to a maximum order value of ৳10,000 per transaction.
- Biluibaba reserves the right to decline COD for orders from customers with a history of non-payment or order cancellations.
2. Payment at Delivery
- Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Please have the exact amount ready, as delivery personnel may not carry change.
- Payment must be made to the delivery agent — do not send payment via mobile banking unless instructed by official Biluibaba support.
3. Order Confirmation
- COD orders are confirmed immediately upon placement.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details.
- Our team may call to verify your order before dispatch.
4. Cancellation of COD Orders
- You may cancel a COD order before it is dispatched by contacting customer support.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery, but repeated refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account.
- Customers who repeatedly cancel or refuse COD orders may be restricted from using COD in the future.
5. Refunds for COD Orders
- If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, no payment is required.
- If a delivered COD order is returned due to a defect or damage, a refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds for COD orders are not issued in cash at the door.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If delivery is attempted and the customer is unavailable, a second attempt will be made within 24 hours.
- After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the seller and the order will be cancelled.
7. Seller Responsibility
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring products are properly packaged for COD delivery.
- COD amounts collected by delivery agents are settled to sellers after verification, minus the platform commission.
