Welcome to Biluibaba! These Seller Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a vendor on the Biluibaba platform. By registering as a seller, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Registration
To become a seller on Biluibaba, you must:
- Be a legally registered business or individual with valid identification.
- Provide accurate business information during registration.
- Obtain approval from the Biluibaba admin team before listing products.
- Maintain a valid bank account for receiving payouts.
2. Product Listings
2.1. Listing Requirements
- All product descriptions, prices, and images must be accurate and up to date.
- Products must comply with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
- Prohibited items (counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, etc.) are strictly not allowed.
- Product images must be clear, high-quality, and accurately represent the item.
2.2. Inventory Management
- Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Failure to fulfill an order due to incorrect inventory will result in a fine of BDT 500 per incident.
- Repeated inventory failures may result in account suspension.
3. Pricing and Fees
3.1. Commission
Biluibaba charges a 5% commission on each product sold through the platform. This fee is automatically deducted from your earnings.
3.2. Platform Fee
A platform fee (currently ৳10 per order) is charged to customers at checkout. This fee is not deducted from seller earnings.
3.3. Payout Schedule
- Payouts are processed weekly for all completed orders from the past 7 days.
- Sellers must submit a payout request through the seller dashboard.
- Payouts require a complete bank profile (bank name, account number, branch).
- Minimum payout amount: ৳500.
4. Order Fulfillment
- Sellers must dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving them.
- Sellers must update the order status to "dispatched" with a tracking code when available.
- Failure to dispatch within the required timeframe may result in order cancellation and penalties.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Sellers must honor Biluibaba's return policy: defective or damaged products returned within 7 days.
- When a return is approved, the refund amount will be deducted from the seller's future payouts.
- Sellers may approve or reject return requests through the seller dashboard within 3 business days.
6. Seller Conduct
- Sellers must maintain professional communication with customers.
- Fraudulent activity, including fake reviews or manipulated orders, is strictly prohibited.
- Sellers must not attempt to conduct transactions outside the Biluibaba platform.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Biluibaba reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Repeated policy violations.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Failure to maintain product quality standards.
- Negative customer feedback patterns.
8. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant Biluibaba a non-exclusive license to display and promote their products on the platform.
9. Amendments
Biluibaba reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms and Conditions. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via email.
