1.3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate information during registration and keep account details secure.
- Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities, is prohibited.
1.4. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
All payments are due at checkout.
Refunds:
- Vet Services: Refundable if canceled 24 hours before the appointment.
- Products: Refundable within 7 days if defective or damaged.
1.5. Liability and Indemnity
Biluibaba.com is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of services. Users assume responsibility for using the platform responsibly.
1.6. Privacy and Data Protection
User data is collected, stored, and used as per Biluibaba's Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
2. Terms & Conditions for Vets
2.1. Introduction
By joining Biluibaba as a service provider, vets agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Vet Services and Responsibilities
- Service Scope: Vets can offer online consultations, in-person appointments, emergency services, and home visits.
- Quality of Care: Vets must ensure high-quality and ethical standards while providing services.
- Compliance: Vets must possess valid licenses and credentials from the Bangladesh Veterinary Council (BVC) and keep them updated.
2.3. Payment and Commission Terms
- Biluibaba does not retain any commission from vets' original fees.
- Vets will receive their full original fees as set by them for each consultation or service.
- Biluibaba will add a fixed amount of 200 BDT to the original vet fees, which will be charged to the customer as a platform facilitation fee.
- Payments to vets will be processed and disbursed weekly, with all payments from completed consultations or services in the past 7 days reviewed and approved before disbursement.
2.4. Liability and Indemnity
Vets are responsible for the quality and accuracy of their services and agree to hold Biluibaba harmless in case of disputes.
2.5. Cancellations and Refunds
Vets must accept cancellations as per Biluibaba's cancellation policy.
2.6. Privacy and Data Protection
Vets agree to maintain confidentiality of user data and uphold professional standards of data privacy.
3. Terms & Conditions for Shops (Pet Product Vendors)
3.1. Introduction
By joining Biluibaba as a vendor, shops agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Product Listings and Responsibilities
- Product Accuracy: Vendors must ensure accurate and detailed product descriptions, prices, and availability.
- Quality Standards: Vendors are responsible for the quality of their products and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Content Standards: All listings, descriptions, and service information must be accurate and updated regularly.
3.3. Payment and Commission Terms
- Biluibaba retains a 5% commission on each product sold through the platform.
- Vendors will receive payment for products sold, minus the 5% commission, after a successful order.
- Payments to vendors will be processed and disbursed weekly, with all payments from completed orders in the past 7 days reviewed and approved before disbursement.
3.4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
- Vendors must honor Biluibaba's return and refund policies, which include refunds for damaged or defective products returned within 7 days.
- Refunds to customers for any returns or cancellations may be deducted from the vendor's future payments.
- Failure to Deliver: If a vendor is unable to deliver a product after an order is placed due to failure to update their inventory, they will be fined BDT 500 per incident, and the amount will be deducted from their future payments.
3.5. Liability and Indemnity
Vendors assume full responsibility for the products listed and agree to indemnify Biluibaba from any claims arising from product defects or misrepresentations.
3.6. Quality Assurance and Compliance
Biluibaba reserves the right to conduct regular reviews and assessments of products and services listed. Service providers may face account suspension, termination, or penalties for failure to meet standards.
4. General Provisions
4.1. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Biluibaba and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Biluibaba. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Biluibaba for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
4.2. Account Suspension and Termination
Biluibaba reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users, vets, or vendors are found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or fail to meet quality standards. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
4.3. Amendments
Biluibaba reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and will notify users of major changes.
