Biluibaba is a booking platform that connects pet owners with licensed veterinarians. We do not provide veterinary services directly. The veterinarians available on our platform are independent professionals who operate under their own licenses and are solely responsible for the advice, diagnoses, and treatments they provide.
Biluibaba's role is limited to facilitating the booking process and providing a communication channel between pet owners and veterinarians. We are not a party to the veterinary consultation itself and do not supervise, direct, or control the professional judgment of any veterinarian on our platform.
2. Limitations of Online Consultations
Online consultations have inherent limitations that you should be aware of before proceeding:
- A veterinarian cannot physically examine your pet through an online consultation. This limits their ability to assess certain conditions that require hands-on evaluation.
- Diagnoses made online may be incomplete or require further in-person assessment to confirm.
- Not all conditions can be adequately assessed or treated through an online consultation.
- Always follow up with an in-person visit for serious, persistent, or worsening conditions.
- Online consultations are intended to supplement, not replace, traditional in-person veterinary care.
Biluibaba makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any advice provided during an online consultation.
3. Emergency Care Guidance
Online consultations are NOT suitable for emergencies. If your pet is experiencing any of the following or other life-threatening symptoms, do not use this platform — contact your nearest emergency veterinary clinic immediately:
- Difficulty breathing or choking
- Severe bleeding or trauma
- Loss of consciousness or collapse
- Suspected poisoning or ingestion of toxic substances
- Seizures or uncontrolled convulsions
- Inability to stand or extreme weakness
- Severe vomiting or diarrhea with blood
Do not rely on online consultations for emergency situations. Delays in seeking emergency care can be life-threatening for your pet. Biluibaba accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from the use of this platform in place of emergency veterinary care.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
The following policy applies to all vet appointments booked through Biluibaba:
- Full Refund: Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
- Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific fee amount will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation (no-show) is not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
- Technical Issues: If a consultation cannot proceed due to a technical issue on our platform, you will be eligible for a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling.
